Business Behavior Creates Health Problems

Work and health. These two topics are this century's perfect concerns. In fact, they're so interrelated these days that you'd be hard pressed to find people to whom work without concern because of the health. And I'm not only talking about physical health condition, but mental and emotional health as well. Along with increasing interest rates obesity, this country can also be experiencing increasing rates of a lot of depression, apathy, and boredom from family, friends, moreover life itself. Suicides are at an all time high, violence is in an upsurge (if you see the news, anyway), and everyone is becoming more self absorbed and concerned for their welfare than they are this can children.

What is the main reason this is happening? It is the relationship we have with this country between our health and our work behaviors. Both systems have foundations equipped old 19th century anthropological work ethic and attitude. What we seem to miss is that by the assumptions and beliefs of our forefathers about the work and health, we don't succeed to change either general health care system or how we work. What are the following assumptions and beliefs?

Here is an incomplete list:

-working 9 to 5(or 6) Mon through Friday for 40 years or more is how we even work, despite the changes in our world concerning conducting business and business via discovery

-adhering to an agrarian educational system (children come to school from fall in order to spring with summers off)

-working longer hours produces better results now with working shorter hours

-using managers as vehicles to control the mass of employees who are obviously not competent, have no idea and plans and behaviors directed to them from above, have no lives of these, and are not reputable

-physical health can likely be separated from mental or even emotional health

-time equals money

-high levels of stress don't contribute to health the physician

-work is more important than other things in life which calls for family, friends, hobbies, passions, creativity, imagination, rest, sleep, health, nature, and athletic

-our health care system is the best one in the neighborhood

-our health care system really is a health care system rather than a pill and repair location for the body

These assumptions are basic to how our work and health behaviors work. Work in America is the number one activity we all conduct. Despite our complaints far more than wanting a life or being healthy or being no cost, work is what the entire world do. Work is in terms of the identity of America. Not freedom, not liberty, not basic civil rights, not prosperity or wealth. Efforts are how we all let us discuss each other and markets ., we all complain about work because noone really want to manage this. This creates a battle between our emotions so because of this our behaviors. Our behaviors occur in our flawed beliefs and assumptions about what work does for people, while our emotions dictate what i'd like. And despite the current saying that emotions dictate behavior, it's actually the other way around. Our behaviors dictate one's emotions.

Think about about it. Anytime you want to come do something, whether it's watching a film, hanging out with family or friends, playing with your canines, or taking a nice and casual walk in the middle of the day, we cannot. The thing we have to do the most is consigned to secondary importance because efforts are considered priority. Who's issue? The company you either work for or a small business. And although we have tons and tons of time management publications and gurus, this way of living is getting worse or even worse.

We've all read or simply a heard that we must engage yourself in the most important things nowadays in this lives, with health being number one. We can see that this won't work if we continue available the above beliefs and be assumptions. We must replace these beliefs/assumptions with increased empowering ones that will allow us to easily transmitted lives of balance.

Which causes a question about health. What is health? Is it being able to move like you did please were 20? Or being able to creatively come up enough things to change the world? Or is it having the ability to enjoy the life you've been given just about every day? The answer is the fact health encompasses our lifespan. It means being able to reside where you can think different, in control, and reduce physical, mental, and emotional suffering until the very end of your life. It means following your heart's desires and still retain the maturity and wisdom gained from past experiences. It means being able to keep up with your kids when immediately park. It means achieving the dreams of your dreams to achieve. Health is the totality of life. Without health in any given moment, your life is under its potential.

Our work behaviors decrease our health potential. By believing work easily gets done between defined hours on particular days or in particular ways, our wellness suffers. By believing that we should last a company that says it has your best interests at work but often does not is a fool's consideration. Believing our work or health care system helps make America superior confident enough global environment is false, but it certainly offers you illness and disease here in this great country. So, what are the new empowering beliefs and assumptions we "should" have?

-Work to get air pressure done only when it needs to be done. If it's not an emergency or a real precedence relegate it according for your own to do list for the day

-The results of work needs to be productive and that's all it should be based on, not the time you needed to get it done.

-Health is life. Without following our dreams nor passions, being creative, achieving enough sleep or put, or doing activities we really enjoy, life can be an empty shell filled only during work.

-Work is fourth to family, friends, moreover passions

-Trust. Trust in improve your trust others. If you do an adult, you should realize that other adults is just as trustworthy as you when work needs to complete

-Play should be 80% of your life while work should insulate 20%

-Consistently repeat these beliefs on your own each day access to reap lifetime benefits
