What is Health?

Health, according to the Which of you, is defined as:

o The integral well-being of person that includes spiritual well-being (Soul even though Spirit).

o Mental health: Which is what the type of person thinks and what his brain includes,

o Physical well-being is exactly what our body lives, emotions, enjoys and desires,

o Environmental well-being is certainly person's agreement with his surroundings.

And all each one of these joined to socio-cultural health and happiness, and socio-economic well-being. Health isn't the APARENT ABSENCE of CONDITION. Unfortunately, most people think that Health is not being confined to a bed, not running a fever, or not being frustrated. Being healthy includes every one of the concepts of integral state described by the World health organization and not just the lack of illness.

What does Health are locked up in Food and Nutrition?
