Health Essentials

If you said first - rate food you were misguided. Most of us women's survive 30 to 50 days without food. I have watched the progress manly on a hunger tap who went over 55 days before he passed of starvation.

If you said water when you get closer. Most of us can hang around for over 4 daily without water.

You probably figured it our at this point. The most important Nutritional require is Air. Most of us would have a hard time lasting more than five minutes without air.

The air we breathe is to be clean. Our bodies were designed to handle a minute naturally occurring pollutants an apron given day. If we are assaulted by more than we ended up designed to handle one's body will become overworked and may even exhibit adverse symptoms.
