Top Ten For Optimal Health

1. Maintain a low-stress approach to life. Our bodies were not intended for constant high stress shapes and sizes. Pray your way from a high-stress lifestyle. If you get everything else right but have too much stress - it will destroy your health. Let the peace of God rule the home heart! (If it steals your peace - remove it! )

2. Eat close to the original diet - Age group. 1: 29 - for which fresh raw fruit, fruits, nuts & seeds. A huge amount of green leafy (no ice berg lettuce) - daily. The bigger the percentage of raw supply, the stronger the disease fighting capability. Target 60-85%.

3. Beverage pure water. Consume about half your weight in oz daily (120 pound person drinks 60 ounces).

4. To cut your risk of heart disease, cancer and diabetes, decrease or eliminate: meat, dairy, refined grains, salt and extremely sugar/sugar substitutes. Avoid soiled meats (pork, shellfish, catfish, and much more. ). When eating aminoacids, choose meat which is considered raised in a natural free-roaming environment over a natural diet (i. ed. grass-only fed beef) and extremely raised/processed without hormones, antibiotic drugs or chemicals. Use meat more as such condiment instead of main course (or not at all).

5. Decrease or eliminate stimulants. Typical stimulants are nicotine, caffeine, drugs, salt & sweet. Some herbs are stimulants and for temporary use only.
