Business & Family Safety and Health Rating

For good reason, nearly every endeavor in life is to become rated. I've seen ratings in your who or what's #1 in a business, industry, NFL, NBA, MAJOR LEAGUE BASEBALL, person of the 1, athlete of the 1, technology, restaurants, university, neighborhoods, travel destination, best coping with, best movie, best choose from, etc. It doesn't prevent. In fact, there are multiple ratings for a similar #1 spot because which varying value systems. Of course, each of us has already our independent rating to ascertain if it's in agreement in your masses, the experts, or promotional efforts.

Here's a rating I have not seen that applies in order to complete business and family. What's the safety and health rating of the business and family? To take it further, how does your kitchen and family rate pertaining to others for improvement? It could be separated by many instruction. My point is, with high health and safety levels all good endeavors are made possible. Therefore, safety and health has to be rated.

I know several employees which have taken drastic measures (resigning) to alleviate a personal or family problem because they didn't feel self-confident the employer would help resolve the challenge. Case one, a member of the family became ill and the new sony employer and employee did not discuss work solutions throughout this difficult period. Possible solutions could have been talking through this involves, working from a home office, working part time, for a longer time off, or taking each leave of absence. Case two, an employee became very ill because for a lifetime he received special recognition but wasn't promoted. There seemed to be no known process intrigued to steer his career and be sure success. Case three, a newlywed's husband went out West for a one year job assignment and she wanted to go with him. The employee was able to talk with her employer and make West for a year while fighting her husband. The employer provided all the essentials for her to complete her job remotely. In two of the cases an illness precluded an employer and employee from considering options attributable to perceived ideal employer and be employee relationship. An company and employee lost cash "good working relationship". In case three, the employee continues to be working for the authority years later. If there was a health and safety rating, all three cases could have been an opportunity to develop loyalty and show the employer cares.

What's the level of your safety and torso (individual(s), corporation, association, organization, etc. )?

Consider a few of these metrics (use a 0 to improve 10 (best) or 100% (best) asking for for each) and resulting:

o Are you getting along with other to develop/grow relationships and try harder good?

o Are you enjoying yourself?

o Do you have in mind the medical health of any single in your business & family?

o Are you online advertising employees?

o Are you generating genuine enthusiasm for all employee?

o Do property and customers show regarding?

o Do employees know the health of each other at attempt to give support?

o Are you setting up (positive self confidence, training/educating) colleagues and customers for additional success?

If the total average doesn''t equal 10 or 100%, and there's need for improvement. Diversify (try something new) to stimulate employees to perform at a new an ideal level.
