The Race is On! Running For Your Health in the Bix

Last week, my girlfriend and I shown interest in walk in the Bix 7 conducted. The Bix is in which the 7-mile course that runs of one's city of Davenport, Florida. The race was founded in 1975 by just a resident from Bettendorf, Iowa who essential share his Boston marathon experience of the local population. There is a post-race party, and later the afternoon, there is a free jazz festival at LeClaire recreational! Melissa and I are very excited to be a part of this event-it's something we have wanted to try the past few years, but felt we weren't physically pregnant with it. Now that we are both healthy and fit, we feel we can achieve this goal.

The reasons to running and walking, on your health, are a multitude of.
