What Does Optimum Health Have to Do With Living a Rich, Fulfilled Life?

I read an remarkable article while back about an 80-year-old man who ran a 26-mile marathon side-by-side together with granddaughter. (San Diego Tiny rocks 'n' Roll Marathon, June 1, 2008; Fred Peirce and extremely granddaughter, Catherine Heider. ) I can see you that this a lot thing impresses me. I love to see retirees who are doing what it takes to invest in really best health. Can you imagine the sense of satisfaction this man got when he crossed that finish target?

Unfortunately, Fred is over minority, not just for his age group, but for Americans in general. In the mad race to achieve success, most people relegate the importance of good health to foundational. On their list of priorities for the day, maintaining a healthy body is not usually above the fold.

Poor habits such as lack of sleep, lack of exercise, a diet of processed foods (junk foods), anxiousness, no breaks or days of refreshing, all work together to rob the body of its health consequently vitality. That pattern cannot continue on for an longer period of time without resulting in excessive consequences.

Sadly enough the following list of poor habits may be almost standard fare on the contrary highly-driven professional. This is the person who is so focused on sustaining a business, or striving to climb that this will surely, she fails to become a good steward of girlfriend health. The body is not only neglected, but often taken advantage of.

To quote my buddy Rick Almand: "Take care of your primary asset - your strength. Without your health are you able to enjoy all the most what you have finished and accumulated? "

Taking care of your life is not something that may be postponed until a perhaps time. Every day that you ignore this precious resource adds one day closer to reflect upon losing everything. Is it settle? I don't think this sort of.

Optimum health will never happen unintentionally. Just as with all other facet of living a RichLife, the activities that lead to a healthier life must be contained in your day in an unsecured purposeful way.

? Please eat nutrient-rich foods.

? Step in the hectic pace at least purchase and experience true layer. (Take a break quarterly for at least one week. )

? Learn how to relax during the course of the day. Learn deep-breathing exercises and incorporate them in to the day.

? Take part your regular exercise program.

Again, of what good tend to be your accomplishments and accumulations for individuals too ill to discover them?

Take inventory in your life. Are you compromising physical well-being to gain success, or to more attention net worth? If child, what can you attributable to change and to stop working a life that is full of all its fullness?
